CBCT Belief Log

This form tracks client beliefs, outfits and their feelings about the transformative process.

  • Select client from list
  • Hidden
    Select the client your are working with,. You may use this form to capture the old and new beliefs, outfits and feelings.
  • Capture the old belief, making sure to capture the precise wording of the belief.
  • Capture the feeling of the old belief. accept whatever words the client uses.
  • Capture any brief notes about the old belief or outfit here.
  • Having removed the old outfit, how does it feel to have it off?

  • The Ritual of Letting Go

    Than you for having served me in my life.

    I have outgrown you and don't need you any more.

    Your job is now done.

    I now return you to the nothingness from which you came.

  • Capture the feeling immediately after the old belief has been discreated (i.e. incinerated).
  • What is the new belief. Use this space to edit the new belief until the client agrees that these are the words she/he wants.
  • Describe the outfit that appears when the new belief is presented to the mirror.
  • What is the feeling of the new belief. GOOD and FINE are not good enough. Press the client to be very clear about the new feelings.
  • Capture any notes about the process that seem important.
