Testing View Editor Bug

I am encountering nasty bugs in the view editor. This page is an attempt to recreate the problem(s). There are two tabs, each the reverse of the other,.

This view is build on using the Project Team Member as the primary table and the Project Task as the joined table. They are joined on Person ID which appears in both tables. The primary issue is that the EDIT ENTRY view definition differs massively from what actually shows up.

To see this, first open a copy of the view (see link) and navigate to the EDIT ENTRY definition. Then click the EDIT button and you will see what is rendered, The definition is radically different from what is rendered. Fields are missing, the Responsibilities field has been added.
