The Sad Truth About Divorce
About 50% of all marriages end in divorce. Sometimes this is a good thing because the partners have grown apart, but in many cases, the marriage could be saved if both partners knew how to be honest with each other.
The Relationship Coaching package is built around a process I have labeled as “Radical Honesty“. It is a structured and facilitated process that can help the partners move back into right relationship by learning and practicing how to speak honestly and directly with your partner.
The process takes place over a one-two month period. During the process, I will work with each of the partners, sometimes individually and sometimes with both partners at the same time.
Pricing
The price of this coaching package is $1,000, payable in two payments: half after the first meeting and the balance after the process is completed.

The Radical Honesty Process
This process is intended for use by Clear Beliefs Coaches who work with both partners in a relationship that is having difficulties or in which both partners want to make the relationship stronger. The coach must be able to create a trust relationship with each party and create a safe container for them to do their work.
At the heart of this process are a series of questions that each partner answers by themselves The list of questions gets transformed during the various steps of the process until both parties have a clear understanding of their wants, needs, behaviors and limiting beliefs.
This process requires that both parties develop a high degree of emotional literacy. This may require considerable foundation building work before the formal process can begin.
The Radical Honesty Process is a form of Hero’s Journey. It has an invitation, a decision to engage (or not engage), various challenges that must be overcome, a final test and some form of resolution.
This process has these steps.
- Container Building: creating a trust relationship between the coach and each partner in the relationship. This step corresponds to the invitation. Both parties must agree to accept the invitation or the process ends here.
- The Tough Questions asks six questions of each partner. The coach works with each partner to develop clear, clean and concise answers to the questions. The partners do not share any of their answers at this time.
- Question Review: online meeting of both parties and the coach to review each answer to each question. This process may require several meetings.
- Scrubbing Assumptions: reviewing each assumption to determine if it is a projection or a fact. Projections are expressed in terms of limiting beliefs that drive the projection.
- Clarifying Wants: What can both parties agree on, and what do they not agree on? What compromise can be made, and what boundaries must be both set and respected?
- Transforming Limiting Beliefs: What limiting beliefs must be identified, transformed and integrated for the relationship to survive?
- Stepping Through the Portal: Can the relationship survive or must it end?
The questions are in a form on a password-protected page. After you have talked with me and arranged payment, I will provide you with the password.
