Bob is a big teddy bear of a man with a large heart of gold who is an exceptional listener, insightful and skilled facilitator and overall warm and friendly guy to be around. His methodology involves deep listening, understanding how a man constructs his world and then identifying where the blind spots are. He does this in a sensitive way, with warm curiosity, patience and good humor.
