If coaches are to be measured by their ability to get others to do the things they don’t want to do, in order to be the people they say they want to be, then Bob exceeds that measure. It’s not about advising, telling, and preaching; what I have received from Bob is a fierce challenge of my choices and an inspiring reawakening to my priorities.
