I learned a lot about myself in a short period of time

Working with Bob helped me to rediscover the mature and sovereign parts of me. I felt safe to explore the depths of my subconscious that I had repressed, I learned a lot about myself in a short period of time, and I experienced rapid personal growth. Now I have an improved ability to access the version of myself that I want to embody, where before I only experienced that reality in moments that were fleeting and unpredictable.
