The ability to consistently give direct, honest feedback while being kind and compassionate is a challenging skill to acquire, and in my opinion Bob has mastered it. I trust Bob’s feedback because he’s committed to continual self-growth. Like a mirror, he reflected some “gold” in me that I had not yet been able to fully acknowledge in myself.
