Clarified a lot of information that I've heard before here and there, and know I need to work on myself but really struggle to put it together. I think seeing things in lists and comparing between the immature and mature helped me picture it better and give me ideas of how to grow. | Maybe more direction of how to implement these teachings in my life. Or tasks to try so I can learn by doing.

Share lots of thought-provoking info. | I think it was near the beginning there was one question that was vague, where I thought we were supposed to rate how we connected with the image of a man on a bench, but we were actually supposed to share how that showed up within ourselves. Not a biggie and it got cleared up.

Flow of and knowledge of content is evident. Kings compliments to participant speakers. Delivery: There was an inclusion that brought in and incorporated participant input that was masterfully folded into the topic. PPT slides were very provocative. | Logistics were smother, loading PPT and screen usage. Longer time to cover content. Parts were rushed. ( I know time was a tangible and legitimate factor)

Encouraged participation, joyful at times, generous moments, and willing to continue to learn. I appreciated the amount of time you put into learning the material and presenting the material. Had strong body centred time included. | I think this material is not for i-group settings. Heavy on the mind, needing more body connection like the mediation throughout the presentation. Your self promotion at the beginning made it feel like advertising for me, and I do not know a good way of doing that.

You made it interactive which for me, keeps everyone engaged. You utilized another brother (Frank) to help you with layout and presentation which minimized overall confusion or technical difficulties. You had a vast array of information that all felt relevant and on point in regards to doing the work. You gave excellent follow up questions and deepening questions to those who spoke about their own experience which I always find deepens the intimacy of the container and keeps the engagement level higher. Telling people to take care of themselves I feel like is important and you set that tone right away by telling everyone that. | Keep it interactive and if possible get it even more interactive. The more I listen without speaking the more likely I will zone out from time to time and not properly absorb the info. Keeping track of participants who don't speak to give them their chance in a room where the extraverts or more outgoing members speak more openly and frequently. I would also say it would be better if there wasn't as much information on such an array of topics. Perhaps narrowing it down and focusing more on specific elements than an open buffet concept. In one of the slides it said something along the lines of "forgive your parents" which I understand but it didn't land well on me as I feel sometimes its hard to forgive and feel something along the lines of "being open to forgive" sets a better precedent and avoids the potential "forgive and forget" bypassing that I hear a lot of in the healing community without adequately doing the emotional work and healing before getting to the forgiveness.

I really liked the breakdown of the box breathing technique as it's so often poorly demonstrated. Your mirth and merriment is great. The exercises were really helpful for getting me to look at my own prejudices, projections and process feelings that I've struggled with a lot lately. Thank you. | 15 minute break please! 3 hours non stop, ughhhhhh.. I was also a bit uncomfortable with the lack of "I" statements by use of the facilitators when responding to other men's moments of sharing. It felt like it was a bit premature to speak the other men's stories for them. I understand the facilitators have more nuance to offer, but it took away from the experience for me, personally. More focus on the benefits and practice of box breathing techniques. Feel like I could do a whole workshop on the practice and mindfulness alone. ^_^

Great engagement with the group. I liked that men were asked to participate actively in the presentation. | Timing. The drama triangle was well explained. I appreciated the breakout sessions | I would break this into 2 sessions. There wasn't enough time to fully explore the Empowerment triangle, and this is where I judged the men wanted to be, not in the drama triangle. As one man noted, we skimmed over this section due to time restraints. For me, the breakout session for this section is critical to help men better understand how to break free from the drama triangle.
